Our services

1. The flowers delivery from the best manufacturers in Ecuador and Colombia, Kenya, Israel and the Netherlands

We collect the cargo in Ecuador ( Colombia, Kenya, Israel) against your order. We work directly with plantations by standing contracts and in opened market. We do our best to have the best quality-price ration taking into account your order demands (bud size and opening, packaging, number of stems in a box, plantation, etc.).

2. Delivery of Ecuadorian fresh roses from our own plantation

Today we offer 14 types of roses. You can find the detailed information about our plantation on this page.

3. Precooling

The mandatory precooling is done in intermediate transportation point (Amsterdam) as there are no refrigerators in the airplanes and cut flowers require a constant temperature of 2-4 degress. The flowers are cooled by air in special equipment immediately after airplane arrival from Ecuador, Colombia or Kenya, customs clearance and sanitary control. We offer precooling services for $ 0.25 per 1 kg. Orders from 20 fullboxes have special rates. Paperwork is included in the price.

Minimum volume

Minimum delivery - 1 full box. This is approximately 25 kg or 500 roses. This volume may include roses of any length and any type (minimum order for one type is 0.25 full boxes). The same rules are actual for cloves, alstroemeria, hyposophila, Ecuadorian chrysanthemum, greens.
For example cargo delivery from Ecuador to Amsterdam costs $2.05 per kg; This rate is all-inclusive (i.e. transportation, customs clearance). We offer good discounts for large volumes
Departures from Ecuador are six times a week - all days except Monday. We offer direct delivery by air and also trucks delivery from Europe airports. We do quality control before delivery.

Claims

If you received the flowers of non acceptable quality, then you have the rights to file a claim for a refund within 48 hours after receiving the flowers. The application is to execute according to the rules below and is to send by email.

The claim must contain:
  1. Name of flowers, type and number of defective stems.
  2. Description of defects.
  3. Photos of the opened box label, on which all signs (the name of the plantation and the flowers themselves) are clearly visible.
  4. Photos of all defective stems on the background of the plantation packaging.
  5. Photos of all barcodes of defective packs.
